How It Works

Protect. Deploy. Return.

Three disciplines, applied to every pound and dollar in the programme, in this order and no other.

1 · Protect

Each tranche's principal is matched to a sovereign-referenced instrument held to that tranche's own maturity — protection engineered into the structure, subject to definitive legal documentation and independent trustee control.

2 · Deploy

The capital this releases funds acquisitions only once a target has passed diligence, secured committed senior bank facilities, and cleared a minimum 15% unlevered project IRR hurdle.

3 · Return

Investors receive a single accreted payment at maturity, tested throughout the programme's life against a disclosed coverage discipline.

Tier One
100% Principal Protected

Full principal matched to the sovereign-referenced instrument at funding. Target return: 7.00% IRR, single payment at maturity.

Tier Two
90% Protection Floor

A modestly larger deployment pool funds a higher target return: 9.00% IRR, single payment at maturity, with 90% of principal protected.

Framework note. HOM Re's existing green bond programme is currently scoped to circular-economy acquisitions. Eco Hotels deployment sits alongside that programme, not within its current green-bond mandate, pending a formal framework amendment — we disclose this distinction rather than blur it.

Who We're Inviting

Deliberately broad — you decide where you fit

Rather than pre-qualifying interest by mandate, we're opening this to the full range of investors and intermediaries our structure is built for. Real-asset backing, sovereign-referenced protection and UK green infrastructure exposure each speak to a different part of this list — you're welcome regardless of which one brought you here.

Regulatory & corporate updates

No announcements are currently published

Company announcements — including placement updates, board and regulatory notices — will be published here as they are issued. Historic announcements will be listed in date order once available.

A note on timing. Both underlying instruments (MT0002381201 and US436844AA20) are currently listed on their respective exchanges but not yet cash-funded. This section describes the placement programme intended to fund them, and will be updated as the placement progresses. All figures on this site are indicative and subject to change.
